What If The Adjuster Says There's No Insurance Coverage?

Adjusters say this all the time ... AND THEY'RE OFTEN WRONG!

Sometimes insurance adjusters will intentionally mislead injury victims - or outright lie - about coverage for an accident.  (Occasionally, lawyers for injury victims have successfully sued insurance companies for this kind of fraud.  More often, however, insurers get away with it.)    

And sometimes insurance adjusters (and even lawyers) tell you there's no insurance coverage because they just don't know any better.  

Insurance law is complicated, and it's always changing. MANY EXCLUSIONS FOUND IN INSURANCE POLICIES ARE BEING RULED ILLEGAL BY THE COURTS EVERY YEAR.  

        THE BOTTOM LINE:  Don't take their word for it.  Get another opinion.
